Job Overview

Envision is looking to add CRNAs to its team at HCA Ocala Hospital. New graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

• Start‑date bonus of $150,000 and potential total compensation up to $240,000 before overtime payment.
• Shift differentials ranging from $100 to $200 per shift; additional shifts paid $175 per hour.
• Annual retention bonuses and relocation bonus.

• Perform a full range of anesthesia procedures, including regional blocks, spinal anesthesia, central line and arterial line placement.
• Provide anesthesia care for Cardiac, Orthopedic, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endocrine, Gynecologic, Robotic, and Trauma cases across 15 operating rooms.
• Work in a non‑call schedule and maintain high standards of patient safety and comfort.
