• No traditional call — ever. The only additional requirements are 4 to 5 evening shifts per year from 3PM to 11PM and one weekend shift per month. That is it.
• Flexible self-scheduling through Qgenda — not based on seniority. You have real control over your time from day one.
• Level I Trauma Center with a high volume, diverse case mix including General Surgery, ENT, GYN, Urology, Orthopedics, Spine, Vascular, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Robotics, and GI. No OB. No Peds required.
• Post-call day off guaranteed.
• New graduates welcome.

• Full Time, Part Time, and PRN available
• OR shifts available in 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour blocks
• 24-hour trauma shifts available
• One weekend shift per month
• 4 to 5 evening shifts per year — 3PM to 11PM only
• No call after 11PM — ever

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience — up to $240,000
• Sign-on bonus up to $45,000 with a 36 month commitment or up to $150,000 with a 4 year note
• Annual retention bonus — $15,000 to $20,000 per year
• Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 — no receipts required
• CME allowance — $3,000 per year
• Generous PTO — up to 360 hours annually

• 1 — 2 years: $220,000
• 3 — 4 years: $225,000
• 5 — 7 years: $230,000
• 8 — 10 years: $235,000
• 11+ years: $240,000
• Cardiac experience: +$5,000
• Trauma experience: +$5,000

• Board Certified by the NBCRNA — Required
• Active Florida ARNP license or willingness to obtain — Required
• Open to new graduates
• Comfortable with a 1:4 supervision model
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
