HCA Florida West Marion Hospital in Ocala seeks an Inpatient Rehab LPN/LVN to help patients regain strength and independence after illness or hospitalization. You will work with a rehabilitation team to deliver compassionate, individualized care and support recovery milestones.
Responsibilities include administering meds, assisting with ADLs, monitoring vitals, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. BLS and IV therapy certifications are required within set time frames.
