RN Weekend Supervisor Position

Ocala Health & Rehabilitation Center

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a leadership opportunity with a consistent weekend schedule? We are seeking a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and ensure high-quality resident care throughout the weekend.

Schedule
  • Saturday and Sunday
  • 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Consistent Weekend Schedule
  • Weekdays Off
Position Summary

As the RN Weekend Supervisor
, you will oversee nursing operations during weekend coverage, providing leadership, clinical guidance, and support to nursing staff. This role is responsible for maintaining quality resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing clinical and operational issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting both residents and staff while promoting positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift.
  • Monitor resident care and conduct rounds to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Address clinical, staffing, and operational concerns in real time.
  • Assist with admissions, care coordination, and clinical oversight.
  • Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
  • Serve as the primary clinical leader during weekend operations.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital settings preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
