Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day to day Home Health agency operations
• Ensure safe, high quality delivery of patient care
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, regulatory, and agency requirements
• Plan, implement, and evaluate agency programs and services
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical and operational teams
• Support agency growth and overall performance
• Promote strong communication and collaboration across departments

What You'll Bring:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience within a Medicare Home Health Agency required
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Home Health operations and standards of care
