Classic Home Health Services is actively hiring experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled, one-on-one care to patients throughout the Ocala area.

This position is focused on Ocala-area patients and supported by our Leesburg office.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health RN or LPN, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform patient assessments and provide care according to the individualized plan of care.
• Provide treatments and interventions in accordance with physician orders and agency policies.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate members of the care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, safety, and care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists, aides, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and agency requirements.

Qualifications

For RNs:

• Current, unrestricted Florida RN license.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Home health experience preferred.

For LPNs:

• Current, unrestricted Florida LPN license.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Home health experience preferred.

For All Clinicians:

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Background Screening Requirement

This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, as required by Florida law.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the required screening and meeting all applicable eligibility requirements.
