DescriptionEssential Functions:
- Friendly guest service personality and positive attitude always exhibited.
- Knowledge of advanced baking techniques with 3 to 5 years of progressive culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
- Master various baking techniques, including cake baking, pie making, pastry creation, and more.
- Pastry Decoration:
Decorate pastries and desserts with various icings, toppings, and techniques to create visually appealing presentations. - Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of baked goods and desserts, ensuring they meet standards for taste, texture, and appearance.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a weight of 25 lbs.

- Associate may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Associate often required to sit and use his or her hands and fingers to handle or feel.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
- Associate must talk and hear.
