Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures;
Grill all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality;
Restock items at the Display Cooking Station when the Buffet Attendant is unavailable;
Maintain the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding, and serving;
Keep Hot Cook area and all smallwares clean and rotate stock using FIFO
