Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Banquet Chef with a strong banquet background and fine-dining culinary experience. This role partners with the Executive Banquet Chef to lead food production, culinary staff, menu execution, and cost controls.

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Banquet Chef with a strong banquet background and fine-dining culinary experience. This role partners with the Executive Banquet Chef to lead food production, culinary staff, menu execution, and cost controls.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily banquet food production and execution.
- Train, coach, schedule, and develop culinary staff.
- Develop menus for conferences, special events, and amenities.
- Manage ordering, inventory, food costs, labor, and culinary budgets.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful events.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong banquet culinary experience.
- Fine-dining culinary knowledge and experience.
- Proven culinary team leadership and training experience.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and cost controls.
- Excellent organization, communication, and guest service skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- $75,000–$95,000 base salary
