• Act as direct support for your Management Team – executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and positive shopping experiences.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandize shelves, and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure timely processing of product receipts.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

• Enthusiastic and capable of engaging customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passionate about the health & wellness industry.
• Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/instruction.
• Can work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and locations as required for a part‑time associate.
