Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store;
Greet and engage each guest, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products and services;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales;
Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events;
Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise and ensure testers are available
