HP PC Sales Representative

Overview

Job Type: Regular.

Work Location:

Best Buy 862 – Ocala, FL 34471. Pay: $19.00 per hour, based on location and experience.

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday or Sunday, up to 14 hours per week.

• Engage customers, demonstrating HP PC products and accessories in a classy and stylish manner.
• Build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store associates and retail partners.
• Train store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation.
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Welcome customers courteously and direct them to displays, assess needs, and suggest appropriate products.
• Advise customers, providing accurate information on products and services to build confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales transactions.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• One year of job experience required.
