Retail Salesperson

Position Summary

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role that provides exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. The position requires meeting and exceeding customer needs, selling automotive services, building customer relationships, promoting products and services, scheduling service appointments, and conducting transaction procedures efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
• Provide energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Assist with transaction procedures and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.

$15.20 – $22.71 per hour.
