Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory
Starting Wage: $15.00 – $17.00. This part‑time role offers flexibility and productivity‑based wage increases up to $5.00 per hour.
What You Will Do- Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; celebrate when you beat them.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred.
- No inventory experience? Training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

- Access to reliable transportation.
This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, using both hands for repetitive motions, frequent squatting, kneeling, or crouching, occasional ladder use, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel by car or plane including overnight stays.
