Process damaged or defective and returned merchandise and re-wrap sellable merchandise;
Maintain correct stock/inventory status for all items and manage salvage/donation processes;
Review daily return reports and process merchandise recalls and returns per vendor policies;
Enter weekly front door recoveries into case management system and maintain club policies and procedures
