Role summaryOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. What you’ll doYou will shop for customers across all departments, selecting the correct items and preparing online orders. This fast‑paced position requires you to make substitutions, consult with customers, and pack orders accurately. You will dispense completed orders, engage with customers during the dispensing process, and maintain a clean and safe picking area.
The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. You may also need to help in‑store customers while fulfilling online orders.
