Job Summary:

The World Equestrian Center is seeking experienced and motivated Retail Supervisors to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and support the development of a high-performing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to operational excellence. The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, training associates, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Lead by example in achieving sales goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Deliver warm, engaging service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.
• Support merchandising efforts by ensuring displays are well-stocked, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor team performance, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing training and coaching to retail associates.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and confidence, ensuring positive guest relations.
• Motivate team members and cultivate a healthy, competitive environment that drives results.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records to support operational integrity.
• Oversee cycle counts and receiving processes, ensuring shipments are verified and documented appropriately.
• Fulfill phone and online orders promptly and accurately, maintaining high service standards.
• Enforce adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company-wide retail policies.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively within the established chain of command.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support overall store success.

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Reach with arms and hands to stock shelves and assist customers.
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to access merchandise and maintain store appearance.
• Safely lift and carry items of varying weights in accordance with safety guidelines.

• 3+ years of retail management experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and sales ability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Patience and comfort in engaging with guests of all ages, including children.
