Resident Relations and Customer Service
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, residents, and prospects.
  • Build and maintain positive resident relationships through community programs and appreciation initiatives.
  • Process work order requests and maintain accurate resident files.
  • Support resident events and programming.
Leasing and Sales
  • Manage CRM systems, including lead response, appointment scheduling, property tours, and follow-ups.
  • Process applications and qualify residents based on company guidelines.
  • Prepare leases and coordinate move-in orientations.
Marketing and Competitive Analysis
  • Analyze and recommend marketing strategies based on competitor pricing and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends to keep the community competitive.
  • Support corporate and ownership goals.
Administrative and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Complete daily activity reports and audit CRM data.
  • Participate in relevant meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Complete additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor or the company.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices is a plus.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional resident experiences and maintaining high retention rates.
