Membership Sales Associate

We’re seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude for our next membership sales associate. You should be passionate about health and fitness and thrive in an environment that pushes you to exceed personal and team goals.

Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Must be willing to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, mid shift and weekends.

• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
• Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service
• Acquire leads by contacting, messaging, or emailing new potential members by engaging with them at local events or studio walk-ins
• Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio
• Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way

• Excellent and Strong Sales Experience (minimum 1 to 2 years)
• Goal and Detail-Oriented
• CPR/AED CERTIFIED (or willing to attain a CPR/AED certification)
• Must be able to greet each member enthusiastically with a smile

• Confidence to speak clearly with members

• Organized
• Ability to work part-time hours (min 25 hours)
• Able to work mornings and weekends
• Previous customer service experience required for this position
• 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired
• Good organization and time management skills
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

$15 hourly
