In an Entry Level Sales position you’ll play a critical role in the experience we provide to our customers. You’ll build long‑lasting relationships; become a trusted problem‑solver and an expert in the RV Industry.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Clear and effective communication with our diverse customer base is essential in this role. We encourage bilingual candidates to apply for this position.

• Assist our Delivery Coordinators to host the customer(s) on delivery day from the moment they arrive through the moment they leave, creating an engaging and fun experience.
• Become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided).
• Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories they will need and want to have a successful RV experience, including coordinating the installation of any purchases.
• Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales and technicians to help locate and identify needed parts and accessories.
• Previous customer service experience is required; familiarity with a retail environment is a plus.
• Sales experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual—Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
• Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing and goal‑oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
