Senior Sales Associate (Full-Time)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive, community-driven studio. As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an incredible first impression for our members and helping grow our Pilates community.

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Welcome new clients and help schedule Intro Classes for their first studio experience
• Follow up with leads and guide them toward memberships that fit their goals
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and private training packages
• Help manage member accounts, including freezes, cancellations, and updates
• Use our studio software (Club Ready) to track leads, notes, and tasks
• Make daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails using proven sales scripts
• Assist in training and supporting newer sales/front desk team members
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment
• Participate in studio events, community networking, and promotions
• Celebrate member milestones and help highlight our community on social media
• Social Media to showcase studio life, promotions, and events.

Hours:

30–35 hours per week

Schedule: Aligned with Intro classes to maximize opportunities to connect with new members

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Sales experience or comfort discussing memberships and services
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with phone outreach and follow-up
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people feel confident
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment
