We’re looking for a sales‑driven professional who enjoys design, working with people, and closing deals. The role offers uncapped earning potential and focuses on delivering high‑quality flooring solutions to customers in the Ocala market.

• Engage showroom customers and convert traffic into sales.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend flooring/design solutions.
• Sell products including carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, and area rugs.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
• Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate projects from sale through installation.
• Prospect for new business through networking and referrals.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge.

• Builds trust quickly with customers.
• Manages multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
• Follows a structured sales process from consultation to measure to close.
• Generates repeat business and referrals.

• Retail sales, in‑home sales, or commission sales experience.

• Experience in flooring, home improvement, or interior design.
