• Serve as the face of Tru Green, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions that build trust and satisfaction.
• Connect, educate, and earn customer business through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes.
• Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn‑care needs of each household, converting “just looking” into “just signed” using the proven sales methodology and processes.
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and maintain follow‑through.
• Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, demonstrating how customers can level up their lawns.

• High school diploma or GED required (advanced communication skills highly encouraged).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are even more important.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing conversations.
• Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25pounds outdoors.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English; must be physically located in the United States.
