Cavco Manufacturing, LLC a division of Cavco Industries, Inc is a Park Model building facility. We manufacture HUD, ANSI, and modular park model homes for East coast distribution. Cavco currently has over 33 active facilities in the United States - growth opportunities are only limited by what you are willing to invest. We're looking for a sales team member with a positive attitude that wants more out of a life than just a job you dread showing up for every day.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Be able to read, write, and speak English
High School diploma, preferred
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel out of the state of Florida

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

:

Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to listen to the customer and provide options
Self starter - not afraid to ask for the sale
Ability to read blueprints, a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve in a high-volume
You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with customers and team members
Familiar with Microsoft Suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Construction, building processes or home sales a plus
Wholesale experience as we do not sell retail
