Job DescriptionPart‑time Leasing Professional position to assist with lease transactions and resident interactions.
Compensation and Incentives- $100 New Lease Commissions
- Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials – $300 every quarter
- Additional compensation based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
Flexible part‑time hours, typically Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional weekend hours during peak periods; schedule may vary.
Responsibilities- Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
- Assist residents and office staff with leasing inquiries and property management questions.
- Maintain accurate lease documentation and records.
- Support rental marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Drive to multiple properties as needed, with valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance.
- One to three months of related experience or training.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales focus and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
