Position Overview

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, attract and retain members, and position Guide Well Care as the premier Direct Concierge Health provider. This role involves a mix of digital marketing, brand management, community engagement, and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive membership growth and increase brand recognition.
    • Establish and maintain the Guide Well Care brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
    • Work directly with CIO on compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, website content, and promotional videos.
    • Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and physician thought leadership opportunities.
    • Oversee and optimize the practice’s website for lead generation and user experience.
    • Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing) to attract potential members with CIO.
    • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blogs, newsletters, and video content with CIO.
    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Community Engagement & Networking
    • Build partnerships with local businesses, corporate wellness programs, and professional organizations to increase brand exposure.
    • Organize events, webinars, and health seminars to educate prospective members and engage the community.
    • Develop referral programs with existing members and healthcare providers to drive organic growth.
  • Membership Growth & Retention
    • Create targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new members and maintain strong retention rates.
    • Develop personalized onboarding experiences for new members to ensure seamless integration into the practice.
    • Conduct surveys and analyze member feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish membership goals and pricing structures.
    • Provide sales support by developing lead nurturing campaigns and assisting with membership consultations.
    • Work closely with the clinical team to align marketing strategies with patient care objectives.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, luxury services, or membership-based organizations.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and other tools.
    • Experience in event planning, public relations, and community outreach.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for healthcare and an understanding of concierge medicine is a plus.
