District Sales Manager

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will play a key role in presenting our customers with a consultative, relationship‑focused approach that enables their food service businesses to thrive.

Ocala/Gainesville, FL

• Hire, develop, and retain staff; create robust succession plans and develop the next generation of leaders.
• Identify goals and objectives, and provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions.
• Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives.
• Understand areas of customer focus, including sales building, staffing, profitability, and compliance.
• Visit key existing and future customers.
• Participate in food shows, regional customer events, customer segment shows, and customer trips to headquarters to maintain visibility with customers, segments, or associations.

• Four or more years of previous sales or business experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours.
• Maintain a valid, unrestricted state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• If applicable, must participate in the company vehicle reimbursement program and maintain required insurance levels.
