Job DescriptionInternet Sales Lead
Responsibilities- Sales & Customer Engagement (approximately 80% of time):
- Respond to online customer inquiries and provide standard information to support the sales process.
- Communicate promptly and effectively through approved channels, including email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers.
- Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
- Provide timely, accurate information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives to customers.
- Enter, track, and update customer activity and information, including outreach for available homes and inventory.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for electronic distribution of marketing materials and maintain up-to-date product and community offerings.
- Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs.
- Work assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- ISM Administrative Support (approximately 20% of time):
- Assist the Internet Sales Manager(s) with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Attend key team meetings on behalf of or alongside the ISM, capturing notes and action items as needed.
- Assist with routine inquiries by relaying information for the Internet Sales Team and following established protocols.
- Support ISM administrative tasks including preparing, distributing, and tracking of reports, communications, and follow-up activities as directed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience; prior experience in a lead or senior role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and support team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver s License and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
