Sales Associate- Pilates Studio

Club Pilates is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a welcoming, fast‑paced environment and enjoys connecting with people. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces members see when they walk through our doors and will help guide them on their Pilates journey.

• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Welcome prospective members and help schedule Intro Classes
• Follow up with leads to understand their goals and introduce them to Pilates
• Sell memberships, retail, and private training packages while working toward monthly sales goals
• Assist members with account questions and updates using our studio software (Club Ready)
• Complete all required training modules through our Powerhouse learning platform
• Support membership retention efforts and ensure members have a great experience
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
• Ensure studio forms, supplies, and literature are stocked and available
• Participate in community networking events and studio promotions when scheduled
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the studio team

Hourly + Commission

Pay

Schedule:

Base pay is paid bi‑weekly

Commission is paid monthly
