This position will be at our Rolling Greens Village property. The Sales Associate position is a multifaceted, fast-paced position that involves multitasking in a professional business environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in Home Sales, as well as be highly organized with key attention to detail.

• Execute sand engages in the sales process with clients and prospects
• Facilitate weekly and monthly open houses and providean open house recap to Regional Manager
• Document all client information in Sales Force
• Maintain system updates daily as needed
• Work with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator on customer requests and issues
• Inspects the communities, models, and signage to ensure a retail ready environment
• Maintains a professional sales office and ensures that models are open and ready during business hours
• Completes Community, Model, and Spec Home inspection reports andsubmitsweekly
• Engages allclientsimmediatelyupon entering the sales office
• Document and file all client communication
• Demonstrates Five Star Customer Service always

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to process and track warranties and titles
• Ability to process and complete sales contracts and closing paperwork
• Ability to work weekends when motivated clients are in the market (with 2 days off back-to-back)
• Must understand selling in a land-lease community
• Strong professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Willing to work weekends

Compensation:

$17 per hour plus commission. Our sales agents average around $70,000-$90,000 per year.

As a Sales Agent, you will be compensated with a base salary plus an extremely lucrative commission program for home sales and rentals (among the best in the industry). Some of the top performers in our company earn over $100k annually in total compensation

• Formal Sales Training, Business to Business (B2B) sales, broker and leadership experience preferred
