As an Armed Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader for our day-to-day operations. You’ll run the daily workflow, support officers in the field, and ensure each site is secure, professional, and operating smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing schedules for both armed and unarmed officers
• Providing hands‑on training, field coaching, and mentorship
• Stepping in for shift coverage when needed
• Leading by example and supporting on‑site teams
• Responding to incidents and documenting reports through our mobile platform (88
  
  Edge)
• Patrolling properties on foot or via company vehicle
• Communicating clearly with clients and leadership

• Florida Class D and G Security Licenses (required)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for long periods
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Clear written communication skills using a mobile app
• Reliable transportation
