Drive asset protection and shortage control programs in the store;
Monitor store activity via observations, cameras, and floor walks to identify theft/fraud;
Assist with investigations of internal and external theft incidents in accordance with procedures;
Report and document incidents and support case resolution with leadership and law enforcement as needed;
Educate store team on asset protection, emergency response, and safety programs
