Security Officer Part Time Credential Verification

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, authorize access according to post instructions, and document visitor and delivery activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate contact when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting maintenance, policy, and/or security-related concerns.;
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting orderly traffic flow at the entrance.
