Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including entrances, common areas, and perimeter areas, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity on the property to help support authorized entry, report suspicious behavior, and/or address policy-related issues.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Assist with incident reporting, directional assistance, and general support for daily operations while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
