🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Deliver white‑glove customer service while solving complex system issues
  • Perform high‑level maintenance and tune‑ups for system longevity and performance
  • Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options
  • Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance standards—because you know what you’re doing

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and service
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
  • Clean and valid Florida driver’s license
  • Own high‑quality tools and know how to use them
  • Respect for the craft, the team, and the customer
  • Must pass drug screen and background check
