FL HVAC Services is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in A/C service, diagnostics, and repair. We are looking for motivated, professional technicians who want more than just a basic service job. We want people who take pride in their work, want to grow, want to earn more, and want to be part of a company with a real long‑term vision.

At FL HVAC Services, we do things differently than the average HVAC company. In addition to strong technical HVAC service, we focus on mold prevention, indoor air quality, energy‑audit‑certified solutions, and humidity control. That gives our technicians more ways to help homeowners, deliver greater value, and create more income opportunities on every service call.

We want to grow throughout the state and already have the systems, training, and structure in place to support that growth. We are looking for technicians who want to grow with us and aspire to real success.

Why FL HVAC Services Is Different

Most HVAC companies stop at repairing the immediate problem. We go further.

Our company stands out because we help homeowners understand the full picture of what is happening in their home—including system performance and energy loss, air quality, and mold‑related risk. That gives us an edge in the field and creates a stronger, more valuable service experience for the customer.

  • Solve bigger problems for homeowners
  • Build trust through data and education
  • Offer high‑value solutions beyond the basic repair
  • Increase close rates on recommended and required work
  • Make more money per call
Training on Our System and Skill Development

We do not expect every technician to walk in already knowing every part of our process. We have a structured training and development plan in place to teach the right people how to succeed in our company.

If hired, you will be trained on how to implement our system in the field, including how we run service calls, perform our testing process, communicate with homeowners, present findings clearly, and recommend the right solutions with confidence and professionalism.

We also train team members on any additional skills they may need but do not yet have, including:

  • Performance testing and how to use data to support recommendations
  • Indoor air quality and mold‑prevention solutions
  • Energy‑efficiency and home‑performance concepts
  • How to identify opportunities on service calls without using pressure‑based sales tactics
  • How to increase close rates and earnings through a proven, professional process
Advanced HVAC Technical Training

We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow. If you have the right attitude, solid HVAC service experience, and the drive to improve, we will give you the training, structure, and support to help you reach the next level.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC and A/C systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
  • Identify opportunities related to indoor air quality, mold prevention, system performance, and energy efficiency
  • Use company training and testing methods to educate homeowners with real performance data
  • Follow company systems, service processes, and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Good customer communication skills
  • Motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented
  • Comfortable learning a structured service and sales process
  • Desire to grow professionally and financially
  • Experience with IAQ products, humidity control, energy efficiency, or mold prevention (a plus, not a requirement)
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Performance‑based earning opportunities and profit sharing
  • Training on technical service and higher‑value service call conversions
  • A proven system that helps technicians earn more per call
  • Ongoing development and advancement opportunities
  • A company with statewide growth plans

A team culture focused on professionalism, motivation, and success
