AC Installers – New Construction
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work. All phases welcome to apply.
Only candidates with new construction experience will be considered.
Responsibilities- Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes
- Follow blueprints and job specifications
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience
- Must have own tools
- Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
- Able to work independently
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to pass drug and background screenings
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
- Comfortable working in active construction environments
- Plenty of work available
