Investigates and examines the condition of company building workmanship and products at the customer's site at all stages of construction based on concerns raised by the customer.;
Reports findings to the Customer Service team.;
Recommends replacement or repair of defective products based on efficiency and cost guidelines.;
Negotiates and approves third party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality adherence.;
Plans and paces own work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals.
