We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diesel Shop Foreman to head our diesel repair shop in Ocala, FL. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in diesel repair and proven management skills.

• Minimum 5+ years of diesel repair experience
• Maintain quality control
• Heavy diagnostic skills a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and daily shop operations
• Willingness to assist with back‑office responsibilities
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Able to motivate a team and uphold shop standards
• Open to learning and implementing company processes

The service shop foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a service shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

• Recruiting and training new service technicians and ensuring they receive appropriate training.
• Managing performance of technicians, conducting regular performance reviews and maintaining high‑quality service repairs.
• Promoting safety and quality within the team and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order.
