Job Role:

Conducts all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to applicable safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears proper personal protective equipment. Performs preventive maintenance and maintains equipment in the field. Completes required documentation and supports repairs and services identified during preventive maintenance visits.

• Conduct all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears proper personal protective equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including changing engine fluids, filters, lubricating and cleaning components/parts, and testing equipment performance.
• Maintain and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and supporting systems in the field.
• Provide all required information, supporting documentation, and photos to the Preventive Maintenance Dispatcher and Service Estimator for repairs and services identified during scheduled preventive maintenance visits.
• Maintain personal company service literature, stay informed of technical changes in the industry, maintain tools required for the position, and attend training as required.
• Work in a neat and orderly fashion, adhere to contamination control guidelines, and look for ways to improve methods of work, work area, and safety standards.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to regularly work nights and weekends as required.
• Complete all required documentation to be provided to the customer and PM Dispatcher.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience: 1-2 years
• Required / Credentials: Able to comprehend written material and communicate effectively with employees and customers;

• Not Required But Highly Desired Criteria: Proficient in computer use, Microsoft Office, and relevant Dealer software; technical knowledge of company-represented products; updating knowledge every 1-2 years as requirements change.
