• Remove, replace, and fire up new HVAC systems in residential homes
• Communicate with customers like a pro—because a great install starts with trust
• Protect customers' homes while performing expert installations
• Tackle minor carpentry work (moldings, platforms, attic access)
• Modify ductwork and connect piping, including brazing and soldering
• Handle electrical hookups safely and up to code
• Keep your tools sharp, your van clean, and your team informed
• Collect payments and wrap jobs up
• Maintain a clean‑cut, pro‑look for Del‑Air

• 2+ years of HVAC field experience
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• EPA certification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there)
• Experience with high/low voltage wiring
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• Pass a background check & drug test
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and customer‑first mindset
• Age 18+ and ready to hit the ground running
