Responsible for the sheet metal portion of the jobsite and management of subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- adhere to CCS Mechanical, Inc. company policies
- fully knowledgeable in the sheet metal trade
- minimum of four years training or equivalent experience
- qualified to run a small project
- able to comply with overall project schedule
- interact with Project Management and other trades
- manage a team consisting of multiple men and/or multiple crews
- plan daily work activity and develop weekly work plans for the crew
- complete daily paperwork accurately and timely
- ability to follow direction
- read and understand installation drawings and prints
- prepare sketches for either field or shop fabrication
- meet daily and weekly production goals
- identify and recommend material and equipment orders
- train subordinates in proper methodology
- maintain a clean driving record
- handle all HR on site responsibilities
- computer literate
- provide manpower, material, and equipment projections at least 2 weeks in advance
