Lead HVAC Service Technician – Top Pay for Top Talent
Location: Hudson, FL
Pay: $25–$35/hr base plus industry‑leading commissions. We pay for talent.
Schedule: Full‑time | 8–10 hour shifts | No on‑call | Late shifts & OT available.

- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Deliver white‑glove customer service while solving complex system issues
- Perform high‑level maintenance and tune‑ups for system longevity and performance
- Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options
- Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional company vehicle and workspace
- Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and service
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Clean and valid Florida driver’s license
- Own high‑quality tools and know how to use them
- Respect for the craft, team, and customer
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Mentor junior techs and lead by example

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions. The position requires frequent standing, bending, climbing ladders, and use of HVAC tools and equipment while working safely in environments exposed to heat, dust, noise, and mechanical hazards.
