Job Description

The Residential Service Plumber will lead a small team within a plumbing team, servicing a mix of residential and commercial properties. This role balances routine maintenance with emergency repair work, utilizing company vehicles, personal tools, and advanced plumbing technology to deliver high-quality service. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, compliance knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and manage plumbing systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install pipes and plumbing fixtures accurately
• Perform leak repairs and water heater servicing
• Clean drains and conduct emergency repairs promptly
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
• Repiping and re-pipe existing systems as needed
• Lead a small plumbing team on-site
• Operate company vehicles and utilize advanced plumbing tools

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing

• Experience with pipe fitting, water supply, and drainage systems
