Hvac Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician
to join our growing team
. This role focuses on performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on residential and light commercial
HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and customer comfort.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers.

• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential issues.
• Replace or clean filters, inspect electrical connections, and verify refrigerant levels.
• Communicate maintenance findings clearly and professionally to customers.
• Recommend repairs or system improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and reports.
• Ensure company vehicle, tools, and equipment are maintained in safe working order.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, reflecting Kabran’s core values.
• Adhere to all company, safety, and industry standards at all times.

• 2–4 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
