We proudly own and operate six golf courses (Joondalup Resort, Meadow Springs GCC, Secret Harbour GL, The Cut GC, Maylands GC, and Embleton GC) and a winery (Aravina Estate), delivering outstanding experiences in golf, dining, events, and lifestyle.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Greenkeeper to join our Grounds team. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of our championship golf course and ensuring an exceptional playing experience for members and guests. Pay rate negotiable based on experience.

• Perform general greenkeeping duties including mowing, bunker maintenance, and course setup.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems and turf machinery.
• Assist with pest control and chemical spraying in compliance with safety standards.
• Support competition round preparation and daily course setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe maintenance facility.
• Uphold OH&S standards and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Greenkeeper on a golf course.
• Preferably Certificate II in Horticulture and 2+ years’ experience in the trade.
• Sound knowledge of turf management and golf course operations.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components used in grounds maintenance.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
