We offer OTR truck driving positions with annual pay ranging from $90,000 to $112,000. Drivers work 40 weeks per year and enjoy 12 weeks of home time, operating primarily no‑touch freight with 85% drop‑and‑hook.

• Operate trucks across the following states: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA, and TN (no work in NY).
• Complete scheduled runs within 21 days and park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC, where the company pays for return flights.
• Drive no‑touch freight and perform drop‑and‑hook operations.
• Maintain and care for truck equipment, which includes refrigeration, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio.
• Operate Fleet trucks averaging 18 months old, built by Freightliners, KW, or Internationals.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company standards while on duty.

• Valid CDL‑A with at least 12 months of OTR experience in the last 8 months, including minimum 2 months driving in winter conditions in the Midwest or Northeast.
• No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, and none major (including personal and commercial).
• Total moving violations plus accidents must not exceed 3.
• No major moving violations such as 15 over, reckless, or lane violation in the last 3 years.
• No DUI in the last 8 years and only one lifetime DUI.
• No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol test at any time.
• All felony and misdemeanor convictions must be at least 10 years old.
