Position Details

Roll Off Driver
* Pay: $25+ per hour (DOE)
* Schedule:
Local routes - home daily
What You'll Be Doing
As a Roll Off Driver with Waste Connections, you will:
* Safely operate a roll‑off truck servicing commercial and industrial customers
* Deliver, swap, and remove open‑top containers and compactors
* Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions
* Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.)
* Secure loads properly and operate hoist and cable systems safely
* Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers and the public
* Complete other job‑related duties as needed
What We Need From You
* Valid Class A or B CDL
* Clean driving record
* 2+ years of local driving experience (roll‑off experience preferred)
* Strong safety focus and reliability
* Comfort working independently in a production‑driven environment
