POSITION SUMMARY
Load material into railcars or trucks in a safe and efficient manner; and perform all other assigned tasks not specifically indicated.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS- Must be physically capable of accessing all plant locations.
- Must be capable of performing the essential job duties required of this position.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with supervisors and peers.
- Must be capable of working shift work, seven days a week.
- Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematical computations.
- Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of truck and rail traffic.
- Must have a working telephone number and be receptive to call-outs.
- Must be able to operate track-mobile, various front end loaders and other equipment necessary to perform job functions in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must be able to open truck and railcar lids.
- Must be able to work outside in severe weather conditions.
High school diploma or GED equivalent, or demonstrated skills or ability.
