Hotshot Driver - Class A License

Copart is now seeking hotshot transport drivers for their Flex Force team. These drivers will drive hotshot‑style trucks with 5‑car trailers, support local Copart facilities in moving vehicles to and from other Copart locations, operate frontend loaders to load/unload and move cars within the facility, and may be deployed to various locations across the country for catastrophe response.

$21.88 per hour. Top performers can earn $100,000 per year; potential to earn over $75,000 annually, with $45 per day per diem when traveling.

• Travel nationally on short notice for extended periods of time.
• Deploy to catastrophe events within 24 hours when directed.
• Pick‑up and delivery of vehicles to designated Copart facilities.
• Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage.
• Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Commit to safety, productivity, and professionalism.
• Maintain Hours of Service logs.
• Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities.
• Other tasks assigned by manager to support daily operations.

• Minimum of 1 year car‑hauling experience.
• Class A driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
• Must meet background screening criteria.
• Travel, including by airplane, will be required.
• Ability to work long hours (12+ per day) when needed.
• Be able to travel with 24‑hour or less notice.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions, weather, and terrain.
